Not much use in the tech media...

...perhaps.

I noticed 'THHB' pop up in our comments earlier. "Who's that?" I thought.

Ladies and gents, I give you, The Hot Hack Blog!

The comment wasn't, oddly, in relation to our post about the ZDNet team. It was on the one about Nick Booth.

I'm saying nothing.

Love it love it love it.

Might take the edge off the hatrid for all things journalist over here at TWL.

But how, I ask, when my press list is about 70% men is there so far only one man featured? All be it Mark "the hotty" Dye. Are the rest just all ugly or is my press list unusual in its male weighting?

We don't hate journalists...far from it. I can't speak for those making comments.

We do, however, hate poor spelling.

Thanks for the mention Theo. As far as the previous comment, we'd love to redress the gender balance issue and certainly feature more tech journos - so suggestions are more than welcome.

Unfortunately most male tech journos aren't reknowned for the Freddie Ljunberg-esque looks. That said there are a few out there.

I did wonder how it was spelt... but posted post-wine.

THHB, what a great idea. I'm sending Chris Green's details in pronto.
Seriously, are there hot tech hacks? I said seriously, stop giggling at the back.

In day's of old Martin Veitch was always popular with the ladies, (albeit as quoted from some older, less attractive IT hacks)...

Eric Pfanner. Not a technically a tech hack, but gets harrassed enough by tech PRs trying to get in to the IHT... not that I'm speaking from experience or anything...

Oh yes, Martin Veitch. A bit like Steve McQueen in the way he brings the generations together. My boss and I both fancied him.

Poor old Chris, why don't we try going a week without mocking him for his appearance?

Instead maybe have a go at him for something he can fix - like posting news stories on IT Pro a day after they have been covered everywhere else...
